01-03-18; This day of placement was the most emotional day. I was able to shadow one of the workers. I witnessed the troubles and struggles refugee families go through. A mother and their 2 young children came in tossed guidance in getting their children accommodated with a school and healthcare. I heard the struggles the mother went through to attempt in getting her children into school.

She barely spoke English and we had to get one of the colleagues to translate. (Speak more about it in presentation)!!! ; building a relationship
