17-01-18; I was really excited for my first full day at placement. When I stepped in the charity offices I felt really welcomed. All of the workers were really nice.

This was my first time ever being able to see how parents and the charity work together. Even though the doors are always open for new families to come regarding any issues. I was able to see the relationship between families that regularly attended.

One women (Miss L) starting to ask for help from the charity since October, she wanted help in getting her 3 young children into primary school. My colleagues were able to work with Miss L and understand her requirement too work together in finding her children a school to go to.
