Title of learning activity: AM: Musculo-Skeletal System PM: Develop in essay writing

 

Diary of Learning activity

Learning about the Musculoskeletal system and reflecting on the topic has given me insight into the bones’ aims, objectives, and functions. The bones are divided into sections to be labelled. Cervical vertebrae (7), Thoracic vertebrae (12), Lumbar (5), Dabiet (9). I know the strongest is the femur, and the smallest is the ear. I also know that 8 bones are in the waist. Understanding the bone surface and the red blood cells produced in the bone. The types of bones are cancellous bone, which is made up of an inner layer and has a spongy, honeycomb-like structure and cortical bone, which is dense and compact. It is from the outer layer of the bone. It also reflects the types of muscles, which are smooth, cardiac and skeletal. Knowing about the difference between osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.

Also, developing in an essay writing knowing the word counts, which starts after the introduction and ends before the reference list. The appendix comes after the reference.
