Title of learning activity: AM: Discussion about experience during placement and Digestive System PM: Referencing
Diary of Learning activity
We all discussed our different experiences during placement and what we learned then. It was a good way to reflect on us and what we could improve in the subsequent placement. Moreover, we went on to the digestive system, where I understood the ingestion, propulsion, absorption, elimination and digestion. The different alimentary canals are the mouth, pharynx, oesophagus, stomach, small intestine, and large intestine. The accessory organs are salivary glands, pancreas, liver and gall bladder and biliary tract. Learning more about this topic helps me to understand how the organs function in the system. The nerves supply how the autonomic nervous system supplies the organs.
Furthermore, referencing was taught, and I learned how to cite this for me, able to save referencing used in writing.
