Anna has shown a professional attitude at all times, she addressed colleagues and patients with respect and she communicated well with the MDT. Anna has actively participated in various clinical care and skills on the ward. She has shown some understanding on how to manage deteriorate patient , She pays attention to the patient and the care and escalate when necessary.

Anna is able to monitor patient observation and record effectively. She understand what is normal and abnormal reading in patient vial signs. she has participated in given personal care to patient.

Anna is very proactive and professional and able to build effective relationships with patient family members and staff.
