Upon working with Ann on placement, I have noticed that she is very keen and motivated to learn. She is hardworking and has initiative. Ann communicates with the patients with respect and compassion. Ann interacts professionally with other students and members of staff. She engaged herself in evidence based practice and asks questions when unsure. During catch up meetings, she participates in discussions and also listens to other people while they speak. Ann is a person easy and pleasant to work with.
