Ann is a really hard working student, she can work independently under supervision of the nurses, she also escalates whenever she is worried or she is not sure about something, she follows the NMC code of conduct really well, stays professional at all times, she treats patients with respect and person centred care approach, she will always ask questions to improve her knowledge and always works hard, she will be a great future nurse
