Title of learning activity: SWOT Analysis and SMART objectives

Diary of Learning activity

Today I learned about SWOT analysis and SMART goals.

SWOT Analysis is helping to realise what are our strengths, and weaknesses, means what are the positive and the negative factors, what I can improve or change totally – this are our internal characteristics. Second part is regarding external origin factors – our opportunities and treats. Both – internal and external origin factors have positive and negative sides.

Awareness and reflection on these factors support us in our everyday private and professional lives. Helps us to become better human being. In our live important is not to focus on negativity, but realising about them helps us with fixing things.

SMART objectives is helping us with managing our lives, simple and more difficult everyday tasks, but mostly setting the goals.

SMART goals are clear – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time based – making easier to track progress and achieve desired results.

Setting goals to hard to me does not make me feeling good, but I should be in my ability to accomplish with putting my effort to do it.
