We were on the medication trolley administering medication to a patient and another patient who was going for a procedure in the theatre was called by the theatre team to bring the down down for his procedure. I had to asked the nurse to continue with the medication while we take the patient down.
After returning I was asked to support with IV fluids medication and just in the process another patient has gone for his procedure and was laying on his bed fell off from the bed I quickly had to stop the IV and support him to sit on his chair. The doctor was inform and he advised the patient should have X ray.
Another nurse had to administer to the other patient medication while I took the patient down for his X ray.
