It was an interesting session! We learnt about data handling and making a questionnaires using google forms. Questions were created linked to the first Block placement school experience (BSE1) , where students would complete how often ICT was taught in the school and other questions related to the ICT experience on BSE1. Was great to know answers to these questionnaires!

Even though computing was set weekly on the timetable, no computer lessons took place in 7 weeks of my placement! What a shame! It was evident that children enjoyed it, as they asked me weekly if we would be doing computing each week on that designated day. Relectuantly, I had to respond to no, since the class teacher response was ‘we just don’t have the time’. It would have been a great experience to observe and even teach however, unfortunately I was unable to 🙁
