Explains the RLT model. Terminology is written in the back of the book. But reading this piece I didn’t have to look up any words. It explains the Nursing process and stages in further detail which helped me to understand my assignment. |

It’s a good starting point if you need to know the basics of the nursing process. However, it isn’t enough detail for me I had to do further reading to get the information I needed.
