I worked alongside Mia on a long day shift in the neonatal unit.

Mia appeared competent and proactive. With assistance; she took care of a baby on respiratory support.

Demonstrated family integrated care; by assisting Mum with cares and NGT feeds. Also has been checking aspirates.

Shadowed consultant ward rounds, as well as the multi-disciplinary team.

She is a very good team player; offering to help wherever required.

Takes every opportunity to learn.
