I am the Nurse which has supervised Minette couple of times and I had the pleasure to work and give her the support needed for her period in Ashmead .

Your Feedback

Minette is a kind and responsible person and she can provide care with professionalism and compassion.

She is reliable and trustful ,dedicated for the job as a Nurse.

Observed that she is able to delegate and coordinate a team, has the initiative and the knowledge of prioritising her tasks .

II am RGN at Ashmead care centre and worked with Minette . Today , I supervised her medication’s administration. I also supervised a resident’s card plan review

Your Feedback

Minette can administer medication independently. She demonstrates a good understanding of the 7 rights . Always checking if it is the right resident , the right root, the right time , the right dose , the right time and the and the right to refuse .

she had demonstrated a good understanding of the safe disposal of unused medication.

Also Minette was able to review a care plan of a resident after reviewing current risk assessment and physically assessing the skin ‘s integrity of the resident

Minette can work independently and was impressed by her work ethic

Feedback is an essential part of the learning process. Through engaging in peer review and receiving feedback from a number of peers, students are exposed to a greater diversity of perspectives as well as enabling students to develop skills in peer review and feedback.

Peer feedback

Minette has been a very good colleague . She is so passionate about her learning, supportive to staffs and caring for residents. She maintained professional boundaries and adhere to NMC Code of Conduct . She will be a good nurse and a good colleague to work with.
