Today we looked at living with long term conditions, the cost of the condition and the impact on life. This is important when it comes to health promotion as come of these conditions can can be prevented with education and lifestyle change. We also discussed end of life and our past experiences.
In the afternoon we identified and discussed different assessment tools we can use for patients. We went through 2 scenarios and applied the relevant assessments.
