I am a second year student nurse from Kingston University. I met with Priscilla today in our induction programme in our community placement.

Firstly, I want to commend you on your enthusiasm and dedication throughout our induction sessions. Your passion for learning and commitment to improving your skills is truly admirable and sets a positive tone for our collaborative learning environment.

I’ve noticed that you have a strong grasp of clinical procedures and concepts, particularly when it comes to wound care and you also stated that when wounds are not detected on time and and being cared for, its becomes worse and can be graded, it has to be reported to safeguarding and also to complete a datix text. Your attention to detail and willingness to ask questions have been instrumental in our shared learning for today, and I believe these qualities will serve you well as you continue to develop your nursing practice. I believe you will become a good nurse in future.
