Patient Centered  Care, prioritizing the patient’s needs and well being .

requiring nurses to be compassionate.

Professional nurses demonstrate a high level of competence , staying updated on current best practices .

Nurses are responsible for upholding the reputation of the nursing profession. demonstrating professionalism in all aspects of practice .

 

NOW WHAT 

 

I have gained understanding, knowledge been accountable for actions and outcomes , fostering teamwork and interdisciplinary 

communication. which are essential for providing patient-Centered care.

New communication strategy , pilot new nursing interventions or feedback from patients and colleagues to improve in practice
