Nursing Associate can be developed professionally through continuous learning , seeking mentorship and engaging in Professional development activities.

 

SO WHAT:

 

Developing both Professional and academic skills is crucial for Nursing Associate 

to provide high-quality safe , and effective care ,

which can be achieved through continuous learning , reflection , and Professional 

development.

 

NOW WHAT:

 

 I have learn to enhance both Professional and academic skills as a Nurse Associate 

Focus on continuing Professional Development by seeking out courses , workshops , and online  learning opportunities , while also engaging in reflective practice and seeking mentorship  to improve clinical skills and knowledge.

homeostasis refers the dynamic process by

regulating factors like temperature ,  hydration , and blood sugar which living organisms maintain a relatively 

constant internal environment changes .

 

SO WHAT  

 

The process is crucial for survival,

 because the body’s systems function best 

when pH and blood levels are kept within, optimal range. 

 

NOW WHAT

 

Observing and measuring physiological response to various stimuli , like 

temperature changes or exercise , to understand how the  body maintains a stable internal environment .
