| What was the nature of the CPD activity and/or practice-related feedback and/or event or experience in your practice?
Whilst on the stimulation practice placement as a 1st year student nurse I gain a lots of knowledge on midwifery:how important the role of midwife is looking after a pregnant mother up until the birth and promoting every mother in breast feeding as its has benefits for both mother and baby preventing from different types of ilness such as Diabetes mellitus, Cardio vascular disease, obesity, ovarian cancer, etc.
I also gain knowledge on sepsis and domestic violence. It is important to look for early signs and symptoms and treat/ act quickly in time to prevent from any kind of dangerous infection and/ or any kind of violence that a patient is having from the partner/ husband. It is not easy to to identify domestic violence/ sepsis at first. It is important to act and treat quickly as soon as you find it as it is a life threatening infection.

| As working in the group presentation, it is very important to work as a team and support each other. You can learn/ share your knowledge within each other. Communication is the vital key in your career where you can uses different kinds of communication methods such as verbal communication, non verbal communication, body language, active listening.

| How did you change or improve your practice as a result?
As moving further in my career, I might overcome with different barriers . Communication plays a vital role . So, I do not feel less confident and always work as a team which helps you to gain more confident in yourself which I might have done in the past.
