I have worked with Rama for several shifts over the period of time spent on Swift Ward now, and I have found her a great team player with all disciplinaries from the ward, She has great communication skills with both Patients and staff, reporting to staff changes in patients condition to reassuring patients when they feel anxious for any reason. I feel Rama will do really well through out her training and become a great nurse with the nature of her personality, eager to learn and calm aura about her.

I worked with Rama to administer a bladder scan on a patient. She was very professional and maintained dignity and privacy for the patient. She asked for consent as well as explained the procedure so the patient knew why we were carrying this out. I also showed her where to go for the equipment as I was already on this placement weeks before her, so I was very happy to help another student. I enjoyed working with Rama and wish her all the best in the rest of her nursing journey!

I have worked with Rama for six weeks on the surgical ward and she has been very professional in everything she does. Her punctuality, behaviour, kindness and duty of care towards the patients and staff is impeccable. When I started I didn’t know how to use the ECG machine and where the electrodes were supposed to be placed on a patient but Rama taught me how to do this. She works well under the pressure on the surgical ward and respects everyone, I enjoyed working with Rama and wish her all the best in her nursing journey.
