C28 is a class that goes on for 28 days. The trainer sent programmes and meal preps out to each individuals to notify them what is happening for each day and how to eat to get the results they need. the class was carried out 3 days a week and the days that we did not attend, we were suppose to do a home work out that was set from the trainer. we were all part of a group chat where he would send videos of the exercise that should be included in out home work out routine and also send photos of the food we made to keep everyone motived to eat right and be on time for each class.
