Feedback

After each week i would ask each individual on how do they feel about the work out and how hard are they finding it. I also gave them my feedback on how i felt about it and how easy it started to become and how well we all were adapting. The first week was so intense (cardio day) i did not think i would return back. It was only the warm up and i was so tired and exhausted that i did nothing i can go on for an hour. The first week was hell for each of us and we took so many breaks in between due to the intensity of the class workout.
