- Definition of the interprofessional/multidisciplinary working were discussed.
- Multidisciplinary working.

We also had a group activity where we need to create a scenario with a patient according to the following:
- Mental Health
- Learning Disability
- Adult Nursing
- Child
Each group gave their best presentation about their allocated topic and after we had questions and answer portion.
Learning disability was my topic.
So What
This lecture will help me understand the importance of working with interprofessional/multidisciplinary teams. The teamwork and collaborations that will benefits both staff and patients.
This lecture tackled the responsibility and role of each member of the Multidisciplinary team and helps in the development of collaboration.
With the Group activity helps me understand and learn from other topic that I am not familiar with like the child and learning disability.
Now what?
This lecture will help me as a trainee Nurse Associate prepare and understand the importance of professionalism, collaboration and working with Multidisciplinary team.
I will use this knowledge to develop my skills and understand my role while on training as a nurse associate.

What?
Lecture is about Endocrine System
We watch a video that explains more details about the endocrine system such as:
- organs of endocrine systems with pictures and their functions
- organs of the endocrine system
- pineal gland
- pituitary gland and hypothalamus
- thyroid and parathyroid glands
- thymus
- pancreas
- adrenal glands
- ovaries (female) and testes (male)
- other organs contain clusters of endocrine cells (the small intestine, kidneys, and heart) though it’s not their primary function.
- hormones produce
- amino acid-derived hormones
- steroid derived hormone
We also had self-directed reading and additional links for learning.
So what?
This lecture will help me understand the importance of the endocrine system and know its function in the body. This will make me understand how hormones and other organs works.
Now what?
I could use the knowledge I have accumulated to learn and observe while at work to give me more idea and understanding about endocrine system.
