Found this lesson difficult to follow as it wasn’t as hands on as the IWB session the previous week. Having taught algorithms via a website already set up I found the deeper understanding of it tricky to get to grips with, however found it interesting to know what underpins algorithms within the ICT curriculum. I feel I would have connected better with it had we had an opportunity to practice ourselves individually on the computers, but nonetheless found it an interesting concept to understand how and why we teach it.

Challenges: Teaching it correctly to a class, with the correct terminology and deeper understanding that comes with that. Find out the required levels of understanding throughout the primary key stages.
